Therefore, individual results vary, and we cannot guarantee specific results to our clients. We make no claims or warranties on your results from interaction with this site or from coaching sessions, packages, or groups (including the online group). Confidentiality within group coaching sessions and the online group must be upheld to ensure a safe and trusting environment for all participants. ANY violation of confidentiality from any participant and any time will result in immediate discontinuation of services and removal from all current and future groups and services with no refunds given.

Terms and Conditions

You certify that you are at least 18 years old and your engagement with this website is not in violation of any laws. The terms and conditions herein supersede any previous or later agreements made between you and Lisa Jeffcoat Coaching, LLC and/or Lisa Jeffcoat, and they will not be waived. We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, and the most updated version will always supersede any previous versions or understandings.

You may not use this site for any other unauthorized or illegal purposes, including but not limited to impersonating another individual; providing false contact or other information; infringing on the rights of or causing harm to other participants in the site and/or online group or to Lisa Jeffcoat Coaching, LLC; publicizing or advertising your own services or products; posting or sharing copyrighted or trademarked material or intellectual property from any outside source without appropriate permission; or any other activities outside the scope of the services provided.

You agree that you will follow through on any payment plan you begin in the time specified until you have paid in full for any services received. All payments are nonrefundable. Failure to keep coaching appointments will not release the client from payments due. It is the client’s responsibility to keep all contact information up-to-date and accurate with Lisa Jeffcoat Coaching, LLC. If multiple attempts to contact you using all of the methods you provide result in no response for 60 days, your coaching plan will be cancelled 60 days after the last appointment you attended. In this situation, no refund will be provided, and any remaining balance will still be collected.

All material on LisaJeffcoat[dot]com is the sole intellectual property of Lisa Jeffcoat Coaching, LLC, and no permission is given for its use beyond that described in these Terms and Conditions. Free content (e.g. “Free Gifts,” Tips, eBooks) is provided on this site, and you are welcome to download it for use by you, personally. You may not alter/modify/edit, copy/reproduce, or otherwise exploit this material in any way, and you may not distribute it or use it for any other business or purpose beyond your personal growth and learning.  If you would like to use this material beyond these Terms and Conditions, you may request to do so by sending your name, purpose of desired use, and contact information to Lisa[at]LisaJeffcoat[dot]com.

Lisa Jeffcoat Coaching, LLC, and Lisa Jeffcoat take no responsibility for information or experiences on third-party sites or links on this site: these references are provided for information and education only, and you understand you engage with them at your own risk, as we have no control over them.

Your use of this site and/or use of any services provided by Lisa Jeffcoat and/or Lisa Jeffcoat Coaching, LLC, confirms your understanding and agreement that under no circumstances will Lisa Jeffcoat or Lisa Jeffcoat Coaching, LLC, be held responsible for any damages, loss, or liabilities of any kind. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent of the law, even if we were advised in advance of the possibilities of such damages or loss occurring. In no circumstance will our cumulative liability exceed the cost of the service(s) you have purchased from Lisa Jeffcoat Coaching, LLC (and if no services have been purchased, will not exceed $50).
