Your Guide on the Path to Self-Discovery

I have a passion for helping people hear themselves well and experience the empowerment that comes from connecting with their own deep knowing. I’m a listener, creative writer, educator, and lifelong learner - and maybe more importantly, a lifelong unlearner of things that no longer serve me. I love that in my Life Coaching work I get to integrate all these things! In our sessions, I don’t give advice or try to fix you or your circumstances, because I start with the beliefs that there’s nothing wrong with you and that the world’s greatest expert on what’s right for your life is you.

My Background and History

I’m a graduate of Furman, Winthrop, and Yale Universities. I am an Internal Family Systems-Informed Coach through the IFS Institute and a Certified Wayfinder Life Coach through MBI. I’m an ACPE Certified Educator, APC/BCCI Certified Chaplain, and Endorsed Humanist Chaplain and Celebrant. And as much as I’m grateful for the learning and experiences each of those official pieces of paper represent, the years I spent waiting tables and working retail are equally – if differently – valuable unofficial credentials in the ways they strengthen my coaching!
